Custom-foot orthotics look like insoles, but are biomechanical medical appliances that are made to specifically correct your foot imbalance. They work on your feet much like glasses work on your eyes  - they reduce stress and strain on your body by bringing your feet back into proper alignment. They slip comfortably into your shoes and exert gentle pressure on your feet to bring them into the correct position for walking, running and standing.

The key to better health could be right under your toes
Like the foundation of a house, your feet are the foundation for your entire body. Your feet support the weight of everything above them. When a small problem develops in your feet, a subtle change in the way you walk will cause a chain reaction of adjustments in your posture and walking mechanics. Poor foot mechanics set the stage for poor posture and muscular imbalance in the rest of your body. In fact, pain in your legs, back and neck may be originating from your feet.

  • localized foot pain
  • bunions, hammer toes
  • arch/heel pain
  • leg/knee pain
  • hip or back pain - even neck pain

Whether you are a runner or a stiletto lover, Dr. Eve offers a wide variety of orthotics to fit your lifestyle.
